Hello, we are COCONE HOUSE. COCONE HOUSE, opened in 2023, is an accommodation with the most modern facility. 

We present a system that minimizes close contacts with others with a hotel studio type suite, 

a suite for family and group travellers, and a terrace suite for private terrace with a beautiful scenery and clean, fresh environment.


You can get here from Kansai Airport by Lapit Express Train or Nankai subway without transfer (1 station closer than Nanba Station from the airport). 

We are located 4 minutes walking distance from Tengachaya Station and Gishinosato Station, where you can easily move within Osaka. 

This is why we are recommended with easy access by travellers who use public transportation.


Most Korean travellers are not satisfied with the size of the room at accommodations. 

Japan still has a traditional culture of using a small space effectively, which is why the size of the accommodations is normally small. 

Most find uncomfortable at hotel or condonium, and those who have kids tend to spend more as they need to add one more bedroom or to book a room for more than 4. 

COCONE HOUSE has differentiated system to improve such weakpoints of Japanese accommodations.

First, 

Fresh accommodation

Our accommodation is an apartment type with fresh indoor, full-furnished studio type and separated kitchen and bathroom, which maximizes convenience and reduce movements of guest to a minimum. 

Also, all suites have a bathtub in a small space for you to recover from fatigue.

Second, 

Furnished amenities including washing machine and kitchen
Our suites all include a washing machine, which is necessary for travellers, and travellers can reduce their time to spend for laundry. 

Also, a dryer is provided in each suite, and there is a coin laundry room 1 minute away from our accommodation. All suites also include kitchen, burner, and cooking tools.


When you have breakfast, simple meal, or late night meal after your schedule, you can freely use kitchen appliances such as microwave, induction or gas stove, pot, and fryiing pan. 

There are Izumiya Mart (1 min walk) right in front of us, Izumiya Mart at Tengachaya Station (5 min walk), Kirindo Mart at Gishinosato Station (4 min walk) near COCOHE HOUSE. You can freely enjoy your own meals with fresh ingredients.

Convenient transportation
You can get here from Kansai Airport by Lapit Express Train or Nankai subway without transfer (1 station closer than Nanba Station from the airport).  


We are located at the area where you can easily take 3 lines of subway for quick and convenient move when travelling Osaka. Tengachaya Station (Nankai line, Sakaisuzi line) with 2 lines and Gishinosato Station (Yosubashi line) are both located 4 minute walking distance from us.

Fourth,

Convenient transportation

We are located in the residential area away from the downtown, which is safe. The environment around accommodation is one of the important parts when selecting an accommodation for overseas trip. We are located in a quiet and private area, where you will see more cycles than cars except for rush hour. 

This area is where local Japanese residents live including students, which you can experience a different side of Japan from downtown areas.
